2024年秋にリリースされたTank and The Bangasの2年ぶりとなる3作目。過去のアルバムとはだいぶ趣向を変えてきて、Neo Soulをベースとしたバンド中心のスローなTrackにSpoken Wordを載せた、コンセプトドリブンな作品になっている。
Neo Soulファンにとって嬉しいことにJames Poyserが前半の4曲でProduceに参加しており、なので、毒気を除いたErykah Baduみたいな曲もあったりする。
ゲストもRobert Glasperを始めとして通好み。地味目ではあるが、そのぶん、じっくりと楽しめる作品に仕上がっている。
