ミシガン出身のR&Bシンガー, Vedoの6作目。2015年あたりから本格的活動を始め、今年でちょうど30歳ということで、経験的には中堅の域に達している人のようだ。20歳のころに出演したオーディション番組でUsherに気に入られ、今でもメンター的な存在とのこと。そんなUsherの後を継ぐような、少し青臭さも残る、やや細めで甘いVocalが特徴である。
サウンドは、90年代当たりの、今となってはクラシカルな感じであり、スローでロマンチックな曲が多い構成になっている。多くのProducerが制作にあたっているが、有名どころではTroy Taylorが2曲に参加している。ゲストでは同系のChris Brownに、最近客演の多いTinkが可愛らしい声を聞かせてくれている。
